Self-development programmes and experiences that help people understand themselves, recognise their potential and live and work with greater purpose.
WITH PURPOSE is an organisation focused on encouraging self-development through purpose-driven enhancement programmes and experiences. It grew out of experience in psychology, education, facilitation, content development and community engagement.
We create spaces where individuals can reflect, develop their strengths, explore their purpose and enhance different areas of their personal and professional lives.
Programmes are built around specific themes and areas of development. People with shared interests, experiences, goals or developmental needs learn and reflect together.
We aim for environments where people of different backgrounds, ages, abilities, professions and life experiences can take part, contribute and feel valued. Our approach draws on psychology and human behaviour, education, experiential learning, creativity, reflection and community engagement.
